– Remove original tire cap – Place new Tire Pressure Gauge Monitor on value stem, turning clockwise **ONLY HAND TIGHTEN UNTIL YOU HEAR THE AIR STOP HISSING OUT THEN TURN A HALF TURN MORE AND STOP** - if you over tighten, air will leak out and your tire will go flat – Green is inflated properly.

    The tip of the cap is Green. The side of the cap is green when the tire is filled properly. With the top green and the side green you have to look very carefully. If the tip was colored black the side green provides a strong contrast making it easier to quickly determine the air pressure status.
